Getting Started

  1. Visit app.myrmagent.ai
  2. Create an account with email or OAuth
  3. Start typing — your Agent responds immediately
Zero-config first chat (Express Lane): New users can start chatting without configuring an API key. A platform-hosted model is pre-provisioned. When your free WU balance runs out, the UI guides you to add your own key for unlimited usage.

Work Units

All SaaS usage is billed through a unified Work Units (WU) balance: See Work Units for details on how WU are consumed.

Billing Transparency Panel

Navigate to Settings → Account to see a full billing transparency panel:
  • Subscription WU Progress Bar — real-time visual of how much of your monthly allowance remains
  • Topup Balance — shows purchased WU balance separately from subscription quota
  • Daily Refresh Quota — displays the amount of WU refreshed daily (Free tier: 50 WU/day)
  • Free Models — lists models that consume zero WU
  • Tier Multiplier Rate Card — public disclosure of WU consumption rates per model tier:
    • LITE (e.g. DeepSeek-V3, Gemini Flash) — 1× WU per token
    • STANDARD (e.g. GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet) — 3× WU per token
    • FRONTIER (e.g. Claude Opus, o3) — 10× WU per token
  • Pricing Model Explainer — compares Myrm’s BYOK per-token model with Claude Code (per-session), Cursor (monthly flat), and Codex (per-completion)
  • Reliability Trust Bar — links to approval workflows, plan-do-verify, and explainability features
This is the most transparent billing panel in the AI agent market. No hidden multipliers, no surprise charges — every WU rate is publicly displayed alongside example models.

Data & Privacy

  • Each user gets an isolated persistent sandbox volume
  • API keys are stored in an encrypted secrets vault (AES-256-GCM with key rotation)
